Terms of Service
Effective June 7, 2026
1.Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PrintDoc (“PrintDoc,” “we,” “us”), operated by Aetherius Group. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use PrintDoc.
2.The service
PrintDoc helps you log 3D print sessions and obtain AI-generated diagnoses of print failures from photos and the print parameters you provide. The service is provided on an “as is” basis and may change over time.
3.Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use PrintDoc. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
4.Plans, billing, and cancellation
- Free. The free plan includes up to 3 AI diagnoses per month and up to 25 print-log entries.
- Pro. Pro provides unlimited diagnoses and logging for $12/month or $125/year, billed through our payments processor. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then, after which your account moves to the free plan. You may resume before the period ends.
- Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Quotas and pricing may change on a prospective basis with notice.
5.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe others’ rights when using PrintDoc.
- Upload content you don’t have the rights to, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or unrelated to diagnosing 3D prints.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service, or attempt to bypass quotas, security, or access controls.
- Resell or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
6.Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and information you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content as needed to operate the service — including sending photos and print parameters to our AI provider to generate diagnoses, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to submit it.
7.AI diagnoses are advisory only
PrintDoc’s diagnoses, confidence scores, and recommended fixes are informational guidance, not professional advice, and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. You are solely responsible for any changes you make to your printer, slicer settings, materials, or hardware. Always use your own judgment and follow your equipment and material manufacturers’ instructions and safety guidance. We are not responsible for damage to prints, equipment, or materials resulting from reliance on a diagnosis.
8.Intellectual property
PrintDoc and its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content) are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms.
9.Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service or any diagnosis will be uninterrupted, error-free, or correct.
10.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintDoc and Aetherius Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of prints, equipment, data, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.
11.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrintDoc and Aetherius Group from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.
12.Termination
You may stop using PrintDoc and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13.Changes to the service and these terms
We may modify the service or these Terms. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law: State/Country — to be specified], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
